Description
The above work is one of the most attractive and special Quranic paintings of Marmaris.
This beautiful tableau has four Qol, One Yakad and Ayat al-Kursi in its text with the calligraphy technique of Tholt, which was written by Behzad Babarabi.
This beautiful tableau has become so special and unique for two reasons, the first reason is the special and amazing structure of the stone veins of this tableau. And the second factor is an artist, Behzad Babarabi, who, by taking advantage of these spaces, wrote verses of the Quran in such a way that a stone that is not symmetrical in its nature seems symmetrical with this design.
He wrote “In the name of Allah, Most Merciful, Most Merciful” as a common element among all these verses in the center of the panel, which is like the sun, which formed the verses of the Qur’an due to its life-giving rays.
The skill and ability of the artist is such that in each surah, all the verses are written by the same hand and compatible with each other, and bigness and smallness cannot be seen in the words of a single surah. The result of the shape of the stone and its texture and the art of Behzad Babarabi’s hand have made this Quranic wall frame an unrepeatable and unique work.
